Report content or a problem

Use the "Report" link next to any review or comment. If you cannot use it, email [TO BE CONFIRMED] with the link to the page.

What to tell us

• The page you are reporting, or the review you mean.
• Why you are reporting it: pick the closest category below.
• Anything we should know to deal with it properly.

Categories

• Spam or advertising
• Illegal content
• Threat, harassment or hate
• Sexual content
• Self-harm
• Personal information shared without consent
• Copyright
• Defamation (a false statement of fact about a person)
• Something else

What happens next

• We confirm receipt automatically, and a moderator looks at the report.
• Reports about illegal content or a threat to someone's safety are treated as urgent and are looked at the same day.
• Other reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If we take the post down, we tell the person who posted it and why.
• If you report your own post, we can delete it for you.
• You can ask us how a report was handled by emailing [TO BE CONFIRMED]. For defamation and copyright notices we act within the time limits that apply to us.
