What happens next

• Your message is recorded with a reference number, shown on this page once you send it. Keep it if you need to write to us again about the same thing.
• We answer at the email address you give us. Please check that the address is spelled correctly.
• A request to see, correct, export or delete your personal data is answered within one month. See our privacy notice at /privacy.
• A report about illegal content or a threat to someone's safety is treated as urgent and looked at the same day. Other reports about a review or a comment are looked at within 24 hours.
• If we rejected or removed something you posted, you can ask for a second look within 30 days: a different moderator reviews it and we aim to answer within 14 days. See /moderation-policy.
• If something is wrong with a film page, tell us which page and what is wrong; corrections are normally the quickest thing we can turn around.
